The fourth stage covers a distance of 195km; started from Buon Ma Thuot to Nha Trang. After over five hours, the riders crossed the finishing line in Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang. The first, second and third place of this stage came to Ha Van Son (BTV Dai Nam Binh Duong), Nguyen Truc Xinh (Ben Tre), and Nguyen Minh Nguyet (BTV Dai Nam Binh Duong), respectively.

The 20th Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Cycle Race – VOH Cup takes place in November 17-23; is made up of seven stages (Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong) and covers a total distance of more than 1,000 kilometers.
