30 bodybuilders of nine clubs over the province took part in the championship in two events: individual and all-round.

In the individual event, the competitors competed in six weight categories from 55 kg to 75kg. The first and second place winners of each category qualified for the all-round event.

The championship is held annually, through which the organization committee selects the most excellent bodybuilders for the provincial bodybuilding team.
