This was the second doubles championship of Ly Hoang Nam in the series of Vietnam Men’s Futures tournaments following the first one at Vietnam F5 Futures where Nam paired with his fellow countryman Nguyen Hoang Thien. Also at Vietnam F5 Futures, Nam achieved singles championship title.
The points gained in Vietnam Men’s Futures tournaments helped Nam to place 629th on the ATP singles rankings.
