René Pelletant was a referee at the Nha Trang Open Karate Tournament for Teenagers and Children which took place at Nha Trang Sports Training and Competing Center on January 12th. In professional sports, matches often are umpired by foreign referees to ensure the fairness. However, it is rare to see a 5th Dan Black Belt master recognized as a referee at international level recognized by the French Martial Arts Federation join such a movement tournament for children.
