Dien Khanh District has just completed the first phase of an anti-erosion project on the northern bank of the Cai River, Dien Khanh Town, Khanh Hoa Province, contributing to promoting the urban attraction.

The northern bank of Cai River is located in Dien Khanh District, formerly rural Dien Thuy Commune. In flooding seasons, the two banks are seriously eroded and local residents have to grow bamboo trees to prevent erosion caused by floodwater.

Recent constructions such as Phu Loc Bridge (or Thanh Bridge), Ha Huy Tap Street, Dong Khoi Street, Dien Khanh Temple of Literature, especially Cai River Embankment, 1st phase, have contributed to promoting  the urban attraction in the northern bank area. Looking from the southern bank, Tran Phu Street built after the embankment construction is sparkling in colorful lights and attractive with new and beautiful houses along the street.
