Khanh Hoa Social Service Center has just held a ceremony to review a vocational training program and grant cake-making certificates to 15 learners in social care and support needs.

On this occasion, the 2016 mat - weaving class was opened for 15 people currently in the care of Khanh Hoa Social Service Center. Attending the 3-month class, learners are offered VND4.5 million grants each. Earlier, VND3.5 million grants had been offered to cake class learners.
At present, the center is recruiting learners with disability to vocational courses.
