In Nha Trang City, two projects under the decision are Ngoc Thao new urban area (in Ngoc Hiep Ward) and Binh Tan dock warehouse (in Phuoc Long Ward).

In Cam Ranh, those are Hon Rong Mountain ecological area (in Cam Loc Ward), marina and waterway service area (in Cam Loi Ward), resettlement area in D2 street (in Cam Phuc Bac Ward), housing for workers (in Cam Thinh Dong Commune), social housing in Section 1 of the urban area by Cam Ranh bay (in Cam Lap Commune and Cam Thinh Dong Ward), social housing in Section 2 of the urban area by Cam Ranh bay (in Ba Ngoi Ward, Cam Loi Ward, Cam Thuan Ward and Cam Phu Ward), social housing in Section 3 of the urban area by Cam Ranh bay (in Cam Phuc Bac Ward, Cam Phuc Nam and Cam Nghia), and social housing at Phuc Loc residential quarter (in Cam Phu Ward).
In Ninh Hoa Township, the projected calling for investment are infrastructures of the residential area in the south and the north of K10 road (in Ninh Hiep Ward), social housing at LK02 plot and LK03 plot (in Ninh Hiep Ward), social housing at N31 plot and N33 plot (in Ninh Tho Ward), and the urban area in the north of Ninh Hoa (in Ninh Hai Ward, Ninh Diem Ward and Ninh Tho Ward).
In Cam Lam District: housing for workers near Suoi Dau Industrial Zone.
In Dien Khanh District: technical infrastructures for Hon Ba Tourist Site, and tourist village in Dien Binh Commune.
In Van Ninh District: technical infrastructures for Mui Doi – Hon Dau in Hon Gom Peninsula (in Van Thanh Commune).
In Khanh Vinh District: hot spring tourist site in Ta Mo Hamlet, and Giang Lo ecological tourist site in Gia Ru Hamlet, Khanh Thanh Commune.
