Nguyen Dac Tai, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of Nha Trang City, provincial Department of Culture and Sport, and Naval Academy, etc., attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the attendees recalled the biography of the Great King who commanded Dai Viet armies to repel three major Mongol invasions in the 13th century; offered incense to pay tribute to the national hero.

Earlier, on October 8, another ceremony was also organized at Tran Hung Dao Statue in Bach Dang Park, Nha Trang City.
